Inauguration of new Bhajana Mandali Olympia Sai Bhajana Mandali,
Sairam, with the infinite Grace and Blessings of our most Beloved Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Varu, Olympia Sai Bhajana Mandali and Bal Vikas class for children was inaugurated on 21st Feb 2021 at Olympia Opaline Sequel Apartments, Navalur, OMR, Chennai.
Inauguration ceremony commenced with lighting the lamp of love by Smt & Sri. G Varadhan, Former State President, SSSSO, Tamil nadu, Trustee, SSS Trust, TN & Convenor, SSSBPT, TN, Smt & Sri. Dr. Ram Manohar Rao, National Medical Coordinator, Sri. K Veeramani, President OOSOA, Sri. Prashanth Balakrishnan, Secretary, OOSOA by chanting Asathoma Sathkamaya.
Veda parayanam was chanted by Bal Vikas students and elders, followed by mesmerizing and soulful Sai Bhajan by Sai Youth. In fact when our Sai youth sang the heart melting ‘Humko tumse pyar kithna’, everyone felt the love of Sai flow through and Divine drops flowed from their eyes out of Prema and Bhakthi. Mr. Ajay Rajan did the excellent Seva of master of ceremonies.
Our District first Seva Dal Sri K Prabhu delivered the welcome address and welcomed our most beloved Mother Sai and all the children of Sai. Sri. G Varadhan Garu gave a wonderful speech about Swami’s love and blessings, about Bhajana Mandali and Samithi. He gave an impassioned speech on the importance of Satsang and Balvikas to the participants, parents and children especially in today’s world. He was the one who had inducted the Bhajana Mandali Convenor Mr. CP Sreedhar and Bal Vikas guru Smt. Sowmya Prabhu.
Swami showed his divine presence as one end of garland dropped to the floor even as Shri Varadhan Garu was informing everyone that we are about to start a Bhajana Mandali here. All of us Sai children were thrilled beyond words witnessing the event. Dr. Ram Manohar Rao, National Medical Coordinator delivered a beautiful speech by highlighting Swami’s
mission and vision for the fellow human beings. He also emphasized the importance of Bal Vikas with relevant and practical information. Also he has lucidly explained the importance of health and hygiene peppered with interesting anecdotes. He also presented a compact Disk of Preventive Health Care to Dr. E Prabhu, State Medical Coordinator and Sri K Prabhu, District first Seva Dal.
Our Sai Bal Vikas alumni Dr. Sai Supriya Prabhu, D/o. Dr. E Prabhu gave a short speech with deep insights into how an early entry into Bal Vikas can transform Children’s thinking from an early age and make them blossom into Productive and spiritual beings. Also, she explained, how Balvikas helped her in the day- to-day activities to overcome the challenges and unwanted fear.
Smt. Padma Ravindran, District Education Coordinator (DEC) then beautifully explained about the Bal Vikas, its origins and how it was all started by Swami. The importance of Bal Vikas in this present situation and how it will give a beautiful transformation not only for the child but also for the entire family through which the society.
Around 15 children attended the Bal Vikas class, and it was conducted by DEC Smt. Padma Ravindran to the children. The class was a real treat for the children, and we could all see how our District Education Coordinator artfully conducted the class and how she made each of the children interact with her. She kept the entire class in rapt attention with her Mythological stories, slokas and Real-life miracles of our Swami. No doubt, at the end all the children answered in chorus that they will not only surely attend next class but also bring in their friends.
Dr. Karthik Ramesh, alumni of Sri Sathya Sai University wonderfully narrated his Divine experiences with Swami. The Vote of thanks speech was delivered by Dr. E Prabhu, State Medical Coordinator and during his speech he has shared his 50 years old Bal Vikas experience and his guru which was very nostalgic. Finally, Maha mangala Aarathi was taken to Our beloved Swami and Vibuthi Prasadam distributed to all.
